Can you take a non-working appliance?
Yes — working or not, we'll haul it. Non-working units are recycled for scrap metal whenever possible.
Do I need to empty the appliance first?
Please empty and defrost refrigerators/freezers before your appointment if possible — it makes the pickup faster and cleaner for everyone.
